Indexed page getting zero clicks
Google Search Console can show a page racking up impressions — it's indexed and appearing in search results — while collecting zero clicks over weeks. The page is visible; nothing about how it's presented in the results is convincing anyone to click through.
Why it matters
Impressions without clicks is a wasted opportunity, not a non-issue: you've already earned the placement, so the fix is cheap relative to the value of ranking at all. It usually points to a title/snippet that doesn't match what the searcher was hoping to find, or a position too low on the results page to get noticed regardless of relevance.
How to fix it
- Rewrite the title tag and meta description to more directly match the query intent behind the impressions.
- Check the average position for this page — a fix might just be worth waiting on if it's ranking on page 2+.
- Compare against the pages that do rank above it for the same queries; borrow what their titles do differently.
